No. This isn’t therapy, and I’m not a licensed therapist.
This is deep, embodied, trauma-informed coaching—rooted in lived experience, psychological training, ancestral wisdom, and radical truth-telling. I work with men ready to move forward, not stay stuck in old diagnoses.

It’s true that I have a degree in psychology, CPE and other training specific to therapy work.  But that is not my path.  If you need clinical treatment or mental health stabilization, I’ll gladly help you find the right person. If you’re ready to do soul-level work and meet yourself without flinching—I’m your man.

I create space for the kind of transformation most men avoid their entire lives.
We don’t just talk. We drop in.
Into your body. Into your story. Into the places you’ve buried shame, grief, rage, or desire.

We work with the nervous system, breath, movement, silence, truth, and whatever rises.
I don’t lead you—I walk beside you.
This isn’t a method. It’s a mirror.  A path of remembering what you have always known; you are worthy of being loved for who you are, not the mask you have chosen to hide behind.

If you’re tired of performing.
If you’ve outgrown your old story but don’t know who you are without it.
If you’re craving depth, realness, and something you can feel in your bones—this might be for you.

If you’re still blaming everyone else, making excuses, or just looking for quick fixes—don’t waste your time.

Yes. This work is designed specifically for men—cis, trans, and any person who walks in this world navigating masculinity.

If you’re looking for trauma support and don’t identify with that experience, I can refer you to trusted colleagues who walk with women and nonbinary folks with just as much integrity.

No.
This is a commitment, not a purchase.
When you say yes, you’re not buying coaching. You’re making a commitment to the work that has yet to be done.
There are no refunds because that declaration matters—and I only walk with men who value integrity.  Commitments matter.  Research proves that the less we invest in something, the less we get anything out of it.  Which means the opposite is also true, the more we invest in something the more comitted we are to seeing it through.  That’s as true in the stock market as it is in your personal life.

Every session is different.
Sometimes we speak. Sometimes we breathe.
Sometimes we unravel years of silence in ten minutes.
Sometimes we sit in truth without needing to fix a damn thing.

I meet you where you are. I listen with my whole body. I bring everything I’ve lived, studied, and survived to hold a space most men have never known.

That’s fine. We’ll talk to your nervous system first.
You don’t have to emote. You don’t have to cry. You just have to show up.

And if something comes? I’ll be there. With no judgment.
Not to therapize you. Not to rescue you.
Just to stand with you in whatever’s real, and remind you that you already have the strength to survive.  Because you have already survived this far.  Your life today may not be the picture of perfection you imagined in your head, but learning that feelings are NOT facts is something that all those who wish to mature must learn.

Yes.
Confidentiality and consent are sacred. What you bring here stays here.
No gimmicks. No exposure. Just real work, done with real integrity.

While there are limitations and restricitons due to payment legalities in the US, I assure you that your confidentiality is sacred to my work.  Unlike licensed therapists who are required to disclose their case details, albeit often stripped of identifying info for HIPAA compliance, I have no obligation to disclose anything you share with anyone, except in extreme cases of legal obligation.

However, my work is predicated on honesty, integrity and accountability.  If you are unable or unwilling to be honesty, live with integrity or be held accountable, we likely will NOT be a good fit for working together.  Real character requires truth, honesty and accountability to shape integrity.

We’ve all experienced rupture.
Whether you call it trauma or not doesn’t matter to me.
If you’ve been shaped by pain, silence, shame, confusion, or disconnection—and you’re ready to face that without a mask—I’ll meet you there.
